This is a sizing tool, for generating twit-fics per the rules used by The Drabblecast.

The Drabblecast forums, and Twitter tweets, have a fine collection of twit-fics called "twabbles" (Twitter Drabbles).
These are exactly 100 characters long -- counting punctuation but not: spaces, linefeeds, etc.
